What is PU Industrial Flooring?

Epoxy systems are a combination of resins and hardeners. When resin and hardener mix together, chemically react to form a rigid plastic material. Most of the time aggregates are mixed with resin and hardener. The final material is strong, durable, resistant, glossy and bonds extremely well to most base layers. Epoxy flooring materials are so strong that it is used in heavy traffic areas such as industrial harsh environments, hospitals and sports facilities. Epoxy floor coating is a unique flooring solution because it’s not only practically incredible, but the materials used in it make it flexible for endless applications worldwide. Packaging and Consumption

Packaging:
Most of the time every PU industrial flooring Products are available in four component. Two of them are liquid, one powder and another one is liquid or paste form.

    • Part-1

Part-1 is usually known as Resin. Generally it contains 1-3 Liter liquid in plastic gallon.

    • Part-2

Part-2 is usually known as Hardener. Generally it contains 1-3 Liter liquid in plastic gallon.

    • Part-3

Part-3 is known as Aggregate. Generally it contains 12-16 kilogram in plastic or paper bag. Sometime part-3 is pigmented.

    • Part-4

Part-4 is known as Pigment. Generally it contains 0.10-1.00 Kilogram in plastic container/pot packet.

Consumption:
Depends on our country and environment, after proper floor preparation minimum 2-5 coat materials needed depends of thickness. Maximum time we use 2 kilogram materials for 1 square meter per millimeter thickness depends on floor condition.
